Cat and Sequential Prophet 6

Big Merp assists in the studio

Big Merp helps out in the studio as we work on one of our recent synth-review videos. Specifically, it was Part 2 of our Cherry Audio Crumar Spirit review and tutorial.
Behind Merp we see our trusty Nord Stage keyboard, our Pro Tools system, and various bits of studio gear including the Roto-Control from Melbourne Instruments, Novation Launch Control, and some preamps and compressors.

Ron and Virginal

Ron naps comfortably atop a virginal, a small, rectangular type of harpsichord. Submitted by Ann Ramsey (@annxramsey on Threads).
Virginals use the same plucking mechanism for the springs as standard harpsichords, but usually only have one string per key, and lay them out transversely in a rectangular case like we see with Ron’s keyboard above.
