The S-Bahn in Berlin, as captured using a Lensbaby Edge-35 lens

Red poppies at the San Francisco Botanical Garden. Taken with a Lensbaby Velvet 56 lens at low aperture, giving the image its “impressionistic” look.

More experiments with the Lensbaby Edge 35 lens at Crane Cove Park. Sharp focus on the middle with blurring to the sides, which gives the image a somewhat unreal quality.

An optical and architectural study using our Lensbaby Edge 35. The soft blur of the left gives way to the sharp focus of the right, only to capture another distortion in the glass reflection.

Ruined car in Joshua Tree National Park. Photo taken with Lensbaby Edge 35 and post-processed for color in Adobe Lightroom.

Returning to a favorite subject of mine, the sculpture Icosaspirale by Charles Perry at Maritime Plaza in San Francisco. The “velvet” and bokeh effects were done with the Lensbaby Velvet 56 lens.
