Even though I am straight, I have long followed and participated in the promotion of LGBT rights. Last week's decision was a great event. And right now I am very proud of my state. 🙂
I guess the population of California will be on the rise 😛
Definitely looks like California is about to enter the 21st century.
Actually, he's on record saying that he "will not support" the ballot measure to overturn the court, so I'm cautiously optimistic. He's been a bit of a hypocrite on this issue in the past.
this is interesting, thanks for sharing!
happy WW!
Definitely historic. I hadn't seen the rainbow flag. 🙂
Finally ! It seems to me that prude America wakes up to the 21st century ! In Belgium it's already more than a year that homosexuals can marry !
Its really so deferent.I like it.:)
I agree!
Yayyyyy Cali!!!! We have had it here for a few years now (Canada) and it is great to see the States doing the same 🙂

Ah, yes! Go California! I couldn't be prouder to say that I am moving there this summer.
Love the flag–didn't know something like that existed!
Happy Wordless Wednesday!
I have many gay and lesbian friends. I am so happy they are one step closer to equal rights!
Hmm.. Did Arnold approve of this? haha.. Well, I'm straight, but I've got a bunch of friends who are gays. They're all normal people. Nothing to push away from.
Shouldn't you add another bear?
Anyway, great news indeed.
I wish gay marriage would be legally recognized in the entire US. Love is love.
Speaking of, Luna, we loved your House Panther playful picture! So cute!
Yes, it is a great thing!
History in the making!
Hooray for California! I hope more states will follow.
Hooray for California! Maybe one day the Lone Star on the Texas flag will be rainbo colored. The way this state is, tho, it kood be a vary vary long time. 🙁

It's about time… of course, in Ontari-ari-ario we've had the rights on the books now for a while… and yes, there's still some pig-ignorant people that don't believe that two adults who love each other should have the legal right to make that official unless they conform to certain "societal norms"… let's hope Cali keeps it alive! A goodly law!
I'm wondering – since when is a marriage the world's business? Family, relatives are exceptions. If 2 ppl who love each other wants to get married – so be it. It doesn't harm anyone else – at least not that I can see. Let me know if I'm wrong.
