This is the same overpass as posted at the end of April: the I-80 approach to the Bay Bridge over 3rd Street in San Francisco.
The construction of the new approach to the Bay Bridge is entering a different phase. Hopefully it will be done soon – at that point, I think there won’t be as interesting photos, but my trips to the east bay should be a bit faster.
Always a mess during re-construction, but the after-works is often amazing!! 🙂 Happy WW!
Great distance perspective and interesting foreground details. Your architectural stuff is always first rate.
Cool entry for WW…. Happy WW! mine’ up too hope you can drop by…
I love the shpaes and the contrast here. So much going on, yet your picture clarifies it and makes of it a work of art.
I’m always amazed on these projects how much underlying work has to be done before you see any progress. Foundation work is long and tedious…
🙂 Cool Euphemism! Have a great day!
Just a note to say I love your blog! I lost my beloved, precious “senior kitty” last month, and nice to see other folks who would understand that I am grieving as much as if it were a PERSON. He was my dear, wonderful friend.
