This is one of many new pieces I am presenting at Art Explosion Spring Open Studios in San Francisco this weekend. It’s the most stylized and provocative piece to date.

Oh wow! We have those kitties in our house, and T-man has one tattooed on his arm. If you bend the tattooed kitty, it is also the character for Wealth.
I’ve seen these cats and I know they are for good luck. 🙂
This is so cute! Hello to you as well!

What a fun pic! Waving back at ya! I also believe they are meant for good luck and prosperity 🙂 Happy WW
This pic just exudes good fortune. Those cats would be good in my office. Nice dress, too.
Interesting (in a good way LOL). The black and white good luck cats with the black and white skirt. It takes a minute to register that there’s a woman in the shot. Nicely done.
very Chinese, thats what I see in their store windows!

Congrats, good luck!
I have the same cats but in “gold”, lol !
Oooh, I like that!
I got the black maneki nekos (beckoning cats) when I was in Tokyo. It was a bit of a challenge to find them in black.
I love this! I love the nekos, I love the strong contrast, and I love the composition. Excellent work!
My MIL has the gold one. 🙂
I really want to know if the girl has her paw, I mean arm, upraised too!
Oh, black maneki nekos! We have some white ones, but I haven’t seen many black ones.
Love the photo, Amar. I wish I could see your exhibition!
Purrs to Miss Luna. 🙂
Love the black & white theme, esp. the kitties. 🙂
Your photo created some tension because we can’t see the complete figure in the middle. Nice to fit your souvenirs in your photography.
