Obviously, not that Red Square…
This was an experiment I tried out while taking photos with Luna on the patio for our post last Saturday. Though this table doesn’t live on the patio, I thought the idea of a bright red element as part of the otherwise industrial gray setting would be an intriguing addition. What do you think?
Great contrast, that table really pops and looks like Kitty thinks so too.
I always think red is the perfect complement to a black kitty!
Makes for an interesting contrast! Happy WW 🙂
The red really makes the picture stand out. The table casts a nice shadow too, but it looks like Luna only cares about jumping onto the table.
To answer your question about my post, it was taken at on the Mummy Mountain Trail in Coyote Lake Park, Gilroy. Go here to see more info about the trail http://www.stpfriends.org/MummyMtn/TrailDay_04-24-10.html
Luna seems really concerned that there is an unusual piece of furniture on the patio. Clearly, you didn’t get her approval first 😉
Nice. Looks like your cat is visiting a modern art museum and trying to make sniff out of it 🙂
Beautiful shot! Love how the red table pops!
@AVCr8teur actually Luna did not jump on the table, she mostly just wandered around underneath it.
All things squared. Square table, square tiles. Wait a minute, Luna’s not square. 🙂
Great shot! Love the red, really pops! So Luna is marching at Red Square?
Wouldn’t it have been cool if Luna had posed on the table? Great contrast, and I love black, grey and red together. Magnificent combination!
Wow, there are so many elements of this photo that I like. The red against the gray background … the competing lines of the table, shadows and tiles … the shine of Luna’s fur … the fact that she looks like she is thinking about hopping onto the table…
Have a wonderful day, friends!
Oh man I just love this photo! Its so vibrant!
We heard Mom oooooing and ahhhhing and had to see what she was
looking at on the computer!! She saw you Luna!!
You look lovely next to that red square table 😉
