This is one of the towering cliffs above Greyhound Beach, north of Santa Cruz. It's one of my favorite of the many beaches along the coast highway. These photos are part of a set from this past weekend (May 10).
A rare photographed object 🙂 I can imagine the wind blowing in my face if driving along the coast line of the beach.
Have a good week!!;-)
Love this photo…love the texture! Happy WW!
Oh wow, what a great photo. I've been to Santa Cruz and am moving to Mountain View this summer, so I can't wait to be near the beach again. Thanks for sharing!
Happy Wordless Wednesday 🙂
Lovely. I miss the beach. Need.to.go.soon.

i can almost feel the texture of the cliff and the sand tickling my feet… the view of the sea must be spectacular from the top of the cliff… happy WW:)
What an interesting site. I like the color and texture.
love rock & cliff. this is one of my fave photos for this week. happy Ww.
Wonderful imposing cliffs make me want to walk along the clifftop with the wind blowing through my hair.
Erosion in motion. Hope you enjoyed Santa Cruz. We are a bit south of there on the coast. If you can hit San Simeon during elephant seal season- it is really something.
Beautiful picture. I always enjoy your cat encounters. We had a new kitten encounter recently…..he/they are up on my WW.
Oh beautiful pictures – our Mommy went to school there!
Amazing array of natural textures. You have an excellent eye for what makes a good photograph.
That pattern looks like a big fish! Very cool. We would like to eat it, but it'd prob'ly taste sandy.
Colby and Cheddar

What is that? I have never seen anything like that before. Very strange looking sand.Is it sand?
And then the tide starting coming in and they had to scramble up the cliffs. Fun cliff shot. I love walking along the beach and taking photos…
Have a great week…
