Industrial waterfront near Mission Rock in San Francisco. Mission Rock was once an actual rock in what was an actual bay called Mission Bay. The bay was filled at the turn of the 20th century, and Mission Rock was attached to the mainland via piers a few decades later.
See through construction 🙂
That is such a gorgeous, but moody photo! Thanks for sharing it with us!
Stark and powerful. Nicely done.
Fine B&W image! It leaves «Louis» (ahem) wordless!
🙂
Quiet an unusual photo of San Fransisco !
Beautiful b/w shot.
Nice. I really like the contrasts in this photo.
Thanks for the history. I had not heard of it or seen it, and this is a lovely introduction.
