Fabrica means factory in Romanian.
It looks old and deserted. I’ve always asked myself
why people do not try to keep them functional?
And reinvent them? Just rhetorical…
Happy WW and a fine week!
“Fabrica” is factory in Spanish as well 😺
Many of the buildings at this location (Pier 70 in San Francisco) are in fact behind rehabilitated and used for different functions (e.g., some have been converted into office buildings, etc.)
Happy WW!
I like the lines in this photo, and the contrast of the worn metal and the blue sky. We hope you’re staying safe and dry, and doing well. Hugs to you all!
Thanks! Safe and dry – we weathered this latest storm pretty well.
I’ve not been to the city in a long time. So much history.
Thank you for hosting the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday and rest of the week. ♥
Such a great pic. Very nice. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
The abandoned site looks great scarred by the time and history
You’ve done it again, lots of interesting angles! Nice one.
