Wow, that is really cool! What ARE those things?
These are concrete pilings for a sea barrier at a nearby beach. I'm not sure where they came from or why they have that shape. But they are really photogenic, I've taken several that show different textures and geometries.

I do agree – very cool! Somehow, I think some water will get through.
