Interestingly, the text on the billboard (obscured by the building on the left) reads “I AM NOT POLITE, I AM PROACTIVE”

That horizontal post at the side of the Chronicle can be used as part of a swing set. Just hook up 2 chains with a board between the chains. 🙂
