A beautiful view of the still-industrial Islais Creek in San Francisco, with the double-decker I-280 in the background. Although so much in San Francisco has changed and industrial zones are disappearing, I am heartened to see the area still has some of the character the drew me to it several years ago.
I was nominally in the area that day to see artists and their work at Islais Creek Open Studios.
I’m glad there are still places there that have retained the characteristics you enjoy, Amanda. Thanks for the tour of the artwork at Islais Creek Open Studios!
Cool shot. Loved the look at the artwork. There were some super pieces there. And now I’m curious about furniture on the Golden Gate Bridge!
Not *on* the bridge, but *from* the bridge … sigh.
It will always be there. LOL. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
Looks like a really cool place. We would love to go to someplace like that for a vacation. Thanks for the share. Have a wonderful rest of your day.
